Hi Please join my PEACE ASSAULT ON THE TWITTERSPHERE! Do you have a Twitter account? If you do you are in a position to help me rid our world of all WMDs and put an end to war. If you want to live in a peaceful world - free from the constant threat of nuclear annihilation - please join me in my quest to transform our world and usher in a viable future for the generations yet to come. We owe it to those who are yet to be born - we have to do this. Those that are willing to help should copy and paste the text below into the tweet compose box on their twitter page: Universal Peace: it's a no-brainer: http://petitions.moveon.org/sign/the-universal-peace-petition?source=c.em.cp&r_by=10024033 Please post the words - as is - as I have chosen them very carefully to send the right message. You might also try sending that message directly to a few of your friends/associates - this would give it a personal appeal. Other ways in which you could help further spread this peace message are by posting the link directly into your FaceBook timeline or even sending it out via email. I would welcome any action that spreads awareness of my peace initiative and motivates people to sign my petition. The aim here is to transform the link in that text into a viral entity - with a life of its own. If you wish to go directly to MoveOn.org and sign my petition - here's the link again: You could - if you choose to take action - be part of something big here. A global phenomenon that finally brings peace to our world.
Please think carefully about what you do next. Whether you choose to declare for peace or - instead - do nothing but sit and silently await the war to come. It's up to you now. Many thanks. Peace, Love & Respect. peter dunn

This is from a statement released by the White House: "Obama called President Mohamed Morsi to warn him that the voices of all Egyptians must be heard" So the US President is advising his Egyptian counterpart that he should pay more attention to what is being said on the streets of Cairo and elsewhere. Perhaps he needs to follow his own advice. Perhaps he – himself – should listen to this guy: It would, as well, appear that the protesters in Tahrir Square do not like the way the US media is reporting on events there - and would like, too, for the American public to appreciate their evaluation of President Obama's intellectual capacity. Lastly, these guys have something serious to say about Obama's choice of fellow-travelers. I doubt – very much – that any of these images will be appearing in the US or UK media anytime soon. Which shouldn't surprise us. Given that our media and politicians are busting a gut to keep us dis-informed about the true situation in the Middle East.
Which is why – dear reader – I would ask you to share this post with a friend. You do – after all – like to keep your friends informed: don't you? |
